Click «Sign Up» in the header, enter your email and password (or use Google), choose Customer or Specialist, fill in the form and submit. Check your email for a confirmation link if we send one. Then log in with your credentials.

Step 1: Log in as a customer. Step 2: Click «Place an order» or go to Orders → Create order. Step 3: Select a category, enter title and description, set budget and deadline, add location. Step 4: Add photos if needed and submit. You will be redirected to the new order page. Specialists can then apply to your order.

Step 1: Log in. Step 2: Go to Ads → Create ad (or from Dashboard). Step 3: Enter title, choose category, set your rate and location, write a description. Step 4: Upload photos or videos. Step 5: Submit. Your ad will appear in the ads list. Customers can contact you from there.

On the login page click «Forgot password». Enter the email you used to register. We will send a reset link. Open the link, set a new password and save. Then log in with the new password. If you don't receive the email, check spam or contact support.

Use the language selector in the header or footer (often shown as a flag or «EN»). Choose your language from the list. The page will reload in the selected language. The URL will include the language code (e.g. /en/ or /ru/).

Open the order page from the Orders list. Click «Apply» or «Submit application». Fill in your offer: price, timeframe, short message. Submit. The customer will see your application and can accept it or contact you via messages.

Go to the order detail page (Orders → your order). If the order is still open, you should see «Edit». Click it, change title, description, budget, deadline or category, then save. To delete or close the order, use the corresponding button on the same page if available.

Go to Ads → your ad (or from Profile/My ads). Open the ad and click «Edit». Update title, category, rate, description or media, then save. To delete the ad, use the delete option in the edit view or on the ad page.

Click «Messages» in the header or go to Dashboard → Messages. There you see conversations with customers or specialists. Open a chat to read and reply. Notifications may appear when you get a new message.

Browsing and registration are free. Placing orders and creating ads may be free or subject to the current pricing. Some features (e.g. promoted listings or premium support) may be paid. Check the Pricing or Terms of Use page for up-to-date information.

Use the Contact page (link in footer or menu): fill in the form with your name, email, subject and message, then send. You can also use the email or phone listed on the Contact page. We aim to reply within 1–2 business days.

Categories are loaded from the server. If the list is empty: 1) Check your internet connection. 2) Refresh the page. 3) Make sure the backend is running and the categories API is available. If the problem persists, contact support.

If you had opened a protected page (e.g. Create order) before login, you should be redirected back there after signing in. If not, use the menu: Orders → Create order, or Ads → Create ad, or Dashboard. You can also type the URL directly, e.g. /en/orders/create.

Go to Profile or Settings (from the menu or Dashboard). Find «Email» or «Password» section. For email: enter the new email and save; you may need to confirm it. For password: enter current password and the new one twice, then save.

Depending on platform rules, you may have one account that can act as both: place orders as a customer and create ads/apply to orders as a specialist. Or you might need to choose one primary role. Check your profile or account settings for role options.

We support modern browsers: Chrome 90+, Firefox 88+, Safari 14+, Edge 90+. Use a desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone with a stable internet connection. For the best experience, keep your browser updated and enable JavaScript and cookies.

Use the Contact form or support email and describe the issue. For inappropriate content or users, mention the order/ad ID or username. We will review and take action according to our policies.

On the order detail page, when the work is done, use the «Complete» or «Close order» button (if available). Confirm the action. The order status will change to Completed. Optionally leave a review for the specialist.

If the platform has a balance: go to Dashboard and click «Balance» or «Payments», or find it in the menu. There you can see balance, transaction history and payment methods. For invoicing or payouts, check the same section or contact support.

Go to Profile or Settings and look for «Account» or «Delete account». Follow the instructions (e.g. confirm password or reason). Note: deletion may be permanent and remove your orders, ads and messages. If you don't find the option, contact support and request account deletion.
